Dr. Kate Palmateer Dentist
Dr. Kate Palmateer graduated from Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio, in 2012. At graduation, she was awarded The Academy of Osseointegration Award for excellence in implants and the Department of Periodontics Recognition Award. Dr. Kate strives to bring the best, most advanced care to her patients, all while having a gentle touch. In her spare time, Dr. Kate enjoys spending time with her boys, Cooper and Miles, exploring nature, skiing, camping, going to Disney World, and eating pizza and donuts.
Dr. Josh Palmateer Dentist
Dr. Josh Palmateer graduated from Grand Valley State University with a dual major teaching degree. He taught high school science for two years before deciding to go back to school to be a dentist. Dr. Josh attended the Medical University of South Carolina and obtained his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 2016. Dr. Josh has a friendly smile and a big heart; he enjoys getting to know all the families he cares for and educating them for optimal oral health. In his free time, Dr. Josh enjoys time with his family, farming, college football, donuts, Disney, tractors, and outdoor activities like boating and skiing.
Dr. Cody Cutler Dentist
Dr. Cody Cutler is originally from eastern North Carolina, and relocated to the Lowcountry for its charm and culinary scene eight years ago. He attended East Carolina University for all of his professional education, receiving degrees in Biology (2012), Chemistry (2012), a Doctor of Dental Medicine (2016), and Advanced Education in General Dentistry (2017). He lives in Charleston with his fiance and Golden Retriever, enjoying all the hospitality South Carolina has to offer. Dr. Cutler is an advocate for patient care, ensuring every patient is knowledgeable about their oral health and its effects on the body.
Michelle Practice Administrator/Treatment Coordinator
Michelle is one of the friendly faces you will see at the front desk. She has over 18 years of experience in the dental field. She loves to assist patients by helping them utilize their dental insurance efficiently and obtain the treatment they need. Michelle is also our team leader, always supporting the team and keeping our office flowing smoothly. Outside of the office, she loves spending time with her family, and of course, learning and growing in her profession. She is married and has two daughters, Savanna who is a Speech Language Pathologist and Paige who is attending USC Aiken and Majoring in Early Childhood Education.
Dalylah Dental Hygienist
Dalylah has been in the dental field for over 20 years as a registered dental hygienist and at Seastone Dental for 11 of those years. Dalylah is passionate about dental health and also loves to spend time with patients to educate and encourage them to maintain good periodontal health. Dalylah has lived in the Summerville area since she was six years old and currently resides there with her husband and 3 dogs.
Annie Dental Hygienist
Annie has been practicing dental hygiene for 16 years and is passionate about providing her patients with the highest standard of care. Originally from Virginia, Annie recently relocated to be closer to family and is excited to serve her new community. She looks forward to going to work each day because she truly enjoys helping patients improve not only their oral health, but their overall well-being.
Annie loves building relationships with patients of all ages and values the one-on-one connections that come with her profession. One of her favorite parts of dental hygiene is “putting the pieces together” — learning about a patient through conversation and then often caring for multiple members of the same family. She finds it especially rewarding to create a comfortable, personalized experience for every patient she meets.
In addition to her career in dental hygiene, Annie is also a Realtor® sales agent on the weekends. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, going fishing, relaxing with their American Pit Bull Terrier, Lady, and exploring local restaurants throughout the Tri-County area.
Sierra Dental Hygienist
Sierra grew up in the beautiful Pacific Northwest and recently relocated to the area with her husband, who proudly serves in the military. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Oregon Institute of Technology and is passionate about helping patients achieve and maintain healthy smiles.
She is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their oral health journey and believes that patient education is one of the most important aspects of preventive dental care. Her goal is to empower every patient with the knowledge and tools they need to maintain a healthy smile for life.
Outside of the office, Sierra loves spending time outdoors, especially camping, exploring nature, and adventuring with her husband and their golden retriever. She is excited to be part of the community and looks forward to getting to know her patients and their families.
