When do my benefits begin?
Your membership benefits begin immediately upon enrollment and remain active for 12 months. Patients can enroll in our plan at any point in the year.
Can I use my membership with dental insurance?
Our membership plan is intended for patients without dental insurance and cannot be combined with insurance benefits.
What services receive the 20% discount?
Members receive a 20% discount on most additional dental services. Exclusions include Invisalign®, professional whitening, porcelain veneers, and other cosmetic treatment cases.
